- Liquids significantly affect RFID reading.
- Water (worst-case scenario): absorbs a large portion of the UHF signal.
- Alcoholic beverages: the higher the water content, the poorer the read performance.
- Viscous liquids (oils, syrups): have less impact than water but still alter the signal.

We have changed the tag's position by integrating it into the cap itself; to achieve this, we designed and patented a new self-extracting cap with the necessary physical space to incorporate both current and future technologies.
